Race rallies in Belleville
Community Content
The National Socialist Movement had 22 members behind the St. Clair County Building to protest the lack of hate crime charges against two black teens who beat a white teen Sept. 14 on the bus to Belleville West High School. About 200 counter-protesters in front of Belleville City Hall and as many spectators filled the streets. After an hour of shouting, everybody went home.
